Some buyers and purchasers require a more detailed appraisal of the property they are selling or buying, and the structural engineering assessment we provide can help to accommodate their needs. Such inspections often arise from valuations and homebuyer’s surveys.
Distressed structures
We are also particularly experienced in the investigation and assessment of distressed structures. For example, we conduct regular work on properties which may have been damaged by subsidence, or those affected by fire or flooding.
