Overview of Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage software/hardware maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and lead IT projects.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures, conduct regular audits, and develop disaster recovery plans.
  • Document technical procedures, manage IT assets, and provide training to staff.
  • Contribute to strategic IT development, including new office setups and budget planning.
  • Enhance our online presence and stay current with technology trends.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven IT management experience and relevant qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Motivation to drive excellence and innovation in IT operations.
  • Full UK driving license.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSD, MCSE).
  • Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Cybersecurity accreditations.
