Overview of Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cash flow, budgeting & financial reporting.
  • Overseeing VAT submissions & year-end financial processes.
  • Leading payroll, PAYE & pension submissions.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK regulations & SLAs.
  • Strengthening financial controls & cost management.
  • Acting as a key liaison for internal & external stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in finance management.
  • Strong Xero & Excel skills.
  • Proactive, organised & detail-focused.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
